Failure Your way to Success
A lot of people failed in this
field because they don’t have a proper training or they go ahead by themselves.
Because you choose a company to work with that does not mean you are going to
have success and will not make a leader of you. A lot of people who are joining
a mlm company is quitting in about 6 month. Why is that ? Why do this happens?
Before choosing a company, you have to ask yourself a simple
question:
Based on the company products and my experience of life
this can be an opportunity for me?
A lot of people who’s joining a
company they left themselves fooled by the numbers and how much money they are
going to win. They already see themselves on the top on the mountain and with a
lot of money going in there bank accounts.
After they realize that on real
life the ways look different and they don’t have a good training on the company
products, they don’t have a good training about how to speak and to make people
buy their products, they don’t have a good training to connect to other people,
they quit.
So, if you want to start your
journey to an mlm company first off all you have to identify yourself with that
company. You have to look after an active leader who can guide you, teach you,
train you.
Feed back and a NO answer are the best tools to
improve yourself and become pro.
When you are going to talk with someone about your products
that you want to sell to him you will get a feed back.
Why the feed back it’s so important to you ?
Because you will find out what expectation that person have
about it.
How that products are from his point of view.
Is he wants to by or to use them for a short period of time
or to be your costumer.
NO answer. Why is that good to you ?
A lot of people when they getting a NO answer they became
frustrated. That is not the way to look after a NO answer. You have to put
questions to You about that NO.
Why did he say NO about it ?
Do I make a good
presentation about my products ?
Did I raise his
interest about my products ?
Where did I go wrong about it ?
Now you can have a picture on how feed back and NO answers
are going to improve your skills.
Let’s go and discover the Human Behavior. This is very
important for you to know about it, because knowing this you will know how to
communicate with your future buyers, your future team.
HUMAN BEHAVIOR
Human behavior is experienced
throughout an individual’s entire lifetime. It includes the way they act based
on different factors such as genetics, social norms, core faith, and attitude. Behaviour
is impacted by certain traits each individual has. The traits vary from
person to person and can produce different actions or behaviour from each
person. Social norms also impact behaviour. Due to the inherently conformist
nature of human society in general, humans are pressured into
following certain rules and display certain behaviours in society, which
conditions the way people behave. Different behaviours are deemed to be either
acceptable or unacceptable in different societies and cultures. Core faith can
be perceived through the religion and philosophy of that individual. It shapes
the way a person thinks and this in turn results in different human behaviours.
Attitude can be defined as "the degree to which the person has a
favorable or unfavorable evaluation of the behavior in question." One's
attitude is essentially a reflexion of the behaviour he or she will portray in
specific situations. Thus, human behavior is greatly influenced by the
attitudes we use on a daily basis.
An attitude is an expression of favor or disfavor toward a
person, place, thing, or event. The interesting thing about an attitude
and human beings is that it alters between each individual. Everyone has a
different attitude towards different things.
A main factor that determines attitude is likes and
dislikes. The more one likes something or someone the more one is
willing to open up and accept what they have to offer. When one
doesn’t like something, one is more likely to get defensive and shut down. An
example of how one's attitude affects one's human behavior could be as simple
as taking a child to the park or to the doctor. Children know they have fun at
the park so their attitude becomes willing and positive, but when a doctor is
mentioned, they shut down and become upset with the thought of pain. Attitudes
can sculpt personalities and the way people view who we are. People with
similar attitudes tend to stick together as interests and hobbies are common.
This does not mean that people with attitudes do not interact, because they do.
What it means is that specific attitudes can bring people together (e.g.,
religious groups). Attitudes have a lot to do with the mind which highly
relates to human behavior. The way a human behaves depends a lot on how they
look at the situation and what they expect to gain from it. Positive
attitudes are better than negative ones as negativity can bring on negative
emotions that most of the time can be avoided. It is up to humans to make sure
their attitudes positively reflect the behaviors they want to show. This can be
done by assessing their attitudes and properly presenting them in society.
Maslow's hierarchy of needs
Physiological needs
Physiological needs are the physical requirements for
human survival. If these requirements are not met, the human body cannot
function properly and will ultimately fail. Physiological needs are thought to
be the most important; they should be met first.
Air, water, and food are metabolic requirements
for survival in all animals, including humans. Clothing and shelter provide
necessary protection from the elements. While
maintaining an adequate birth rate shapes the intensity of the human sexual
instinct, sexual competition may also shape said instinct.
Safety needs
With their physical needs relatively satisfied, the
individual's safety needs take precedence and dominate behavior. In the absence
of physical safety – due to war, natural disaster, family
violence, childhood abuse, etc. – people may
(re-)experience post-traumatic stress disorder or transgenerational trauma. In the absence
of economic safety – due to economic crisis and lack of work opportunities –
these safety needs manifest themselves in ways such as a preference for job
security, grievance procedures for protecting the individual from unilateral
authority, SAVINGS ACCOUNTS, insurance policies, reasonable
disability accommodations, etc. This level is more likely to be found in
children because they generally have a greater need to feel safe.
Safety and Security needs include:
Personal security
Financial security
Health and well-being
Safety net against accidents/illness and their adverse
impacts
Love and belonging
After physiological and safety needs are fulfilled, the
third level of human needs is interpersonal and involves feelings of belongingness.
This need is especially strong in childhood and can override the need for
safety as witnessed in children who cling to abusive parents. Deficiencies
within this level of Maslow's hierarchy – due to hospitalism, neglect, shunning, ostracism,
etc. – can impact the individual's ability to form and maintain emotionally
significant relationships in general, such as:
Friendship
Intimacy
Family
According to Maslow, humans need to feel a sense of
belonging and acceptance among their social groups, regardless whether these groups are large or small. For
example, some large social groups may include clubs, co-workers, religious
groups, professional organizations, sports teams, and gangs. Some examples of
small social connections include family members, intimate partners, mentors,
colleagues, and confidants. Humans need to love and be loved – both sexually
and non-sexually – by others.[2] Many
people become susceptible to loneliness,social
anxiety, and clinical depression in the absence of this
love or belonging element. This need for belonging may overcome the
physiological and security needs, depending on the strength of the peer
pressure.
Esteem
All humans have a need to feel respected; this includes the
need to have self-esteem and self-respect. Esteem presents the
typical human desire to be accepted and valued by others. People often engage
in a profession or hobby to gain recognition. These activities give the person
a sense of contribution or value. Low self-esteem or an inferiority complex may result from
imbalances during this level in the hierarchy. People with low self-esteem
often need respect from others; they may feel the need to seek fame or glory.
However, fame or glory will not help the person to build their self-esteem
until they accept who they are internally. Psychological imbalances such
as depression can hinder the person from
obtaining a higher level of self-esteem or self-respect.
Most people have a need for stable self-respect and
self-esteem. Maslow noted two versions of esteem needs: a "lower"
version and a "higher" version. The "lower" version of
esteem is the need for respect from others. This may include a need for status,
recognition, fame, prestige, and attention. The "higher" version
manifests itself as the need for self-respect. For example, the person may have
a need for strength, competence, mastery, self-confidence,
independence, and freedom. This "higher" version takes precedence
over the "lower" version because it relies on an inner competence
established through experience. Deprivation of these needs may lead to an
inferiority complex, weakness, and helplessness.
Maslow states that while he originally thought the needs of
humans had strict guidelines, the "hierarchies are interrelated rather
than sharply separated". This means that esteem and the subsequent
levels are not strictly separated; instead, the levels are closely related.
Self-actualization
Main article: Self-actualization
"What a man can be, he must be." This
quotation forms the basis of the perceived need for self-actualization. This
level of need refers to what a person's full potential is and the realization
of that potential. Maslow describes this level as the desire to accomplish
everything that one can, to become the most that one can be. Individuals
may perceive or focus on this need very specifically. For example, one
individual may have the strong desire to become an ideal parent. In another,
the desire may be expressed athletically. For others, it may be expressed in
paintings, pictures, or inventions. As previously mentioned, Maslow
believed that to understand this level of need, the person must not only
achieve the previous needs, but master them.
After reading this we know that every person on earth is on
this pyramid. Each one of us is situated on a different level of needs.
We
have MLM companies who are covering different needs on that scheme.
Let’s
say if you are on a life insurance company you have to find people that are on
SAFETY level. They are those who are going to by your product based on their
needs.
If
you are on a MLM company witch his product is coffee than you have us all as
target people because that is a Physiological need as well as food is.
And the
first two needs from the pyramid goes on network. When you will have a strong
network you are going to feel and use that in favor of your team.
Now after reading all of that you
are going to sell your products based on customers needs. Because if there is
no needs on that products, there is no sell of that products, and don’t try to
sell it because you are wasting your time.
Before you are going to sell you
have to ask questions about your customer needs.
Feed
back is important to you in process of selling because you will know exactly
what are his needs.
On another post, I am going to give
examples on how are you going to sell your products based on human needs. What
questions you have to put and how you are going to use the feed back on your
process of selling.
Thank you for reading it !
